Just north of 62 and all of its' amenities. Nice view, several new homes under construction. Lots of hiking and other outdoor activities close by in Joshua Tree National Park (developed campgrounds, picnic areas, vault toilets at some trailheads/sights, hiking trails, and several visitor centers)
