A father
before a founder.
Chad Power is a Southern California real estate executive, entrepreneur, investor, and Founder and Broker of Record of Power Estates Realty, bringing two decades of experience in real estate, finance, sales, marketing, negotiation, and executive leadership.
But ask Chad what matters most to him, and the answer has very little to do with real estate. He is first and foremost a proud single father of three.
Fatherhood is at the center of Chad’s life and has shaped the man, leader, and businessman he has become. Raising three children while building businesses and navigating the demands of entrepreneurship has given him a deeply personal understanding of responsibility, perseverance, patience, and what it means to have people counting on you.
For Chad, success isn’t simply measured by properties sold, businesses built, or professional accomplishments. It is measured by the life he creates for his family, the memories they make together, and the example he leaves for his children. That same sense of responsibility carries directly into the way he represents his clients.
Two decades
in the field.
A career shaped across residential real estate, investment properties, distressed assets, REO and foreclosure sales, renovation, finance, and complex negotiations.
Chad entered the real estate industry in 2006 and has spent approximately two decades developing expertise across residential real estate, investment properties, distressed assets, REO and foreclosure sales, property renovation, marketing, finance, and complex negotiations.
His business education provided an equally important foundation. Chad earned his Bachelor of Science in Business and Management with honors from the University of Redlands, graduating with a 3.85 GPA and receiving recognition through the university’s Whitehead Leadership Society.
His career has never been limited to representing buyers and sellers. As a real estate investor, Chad purchased distressed properties and completed more than 30 property flips throughout Southern California, developing firsthand knowledge of property valuation, renovation, investment strategy, marketability, and what ultimately creates value in residential real estate.
That combination of experience eventually led him to brokerage ownership and executive leadership.

Today, as Founder and Broker of Record of Power Estates Realty, Chad is building a boutique Southern California real estate company around a simple philosophy: exceptional real estate representation should be personal, sophisticated, strategic, and fiercely committed to the client’s interests.
Through elevated marketing, technology, negotiation, extensive market experience, and disciplined risk management, Chad approaches every property as an individual asset with its own story, audience, and opportunity.
Reason
behind the work.
Away from business, Chad is considerably more relaxed than the suit-and-tie side of his career might suggest.
Some of his favorite memories are made on the Colorado River and Lake Havasu, spending time with his family on their boat, enjoying the water, sunshine, and the kind of days that make it easy to forget what time it is.
He loves warm weather and being near the water—whether that’s boating in Havasu, traveling to Florida to spend time with close friends, or boarding a cruise headed somewhere tropical. Travel gives Chad the opportunity to disconnect from the pace of business, experience new places, laugh with people he cares about, and simply enjoy life.
Chad believes in working hard and dreaming big, but he also believes there should be a reason behind the work. For him, that reason has always come back to family, freedom, experiences, and creating a meaningful life with the people he loves.
The title that means the most will always be—Dad.
Despite the titles—broker, founder, executive, entrepreneur, and investor—Chad isn’t simply interested in building a successful business. He’s building a life, a legacy, and something his three children can one day look back on with pride.
