Listing information may change without notice and is not guaranteed. Automated market estimates and market reports are informational and do not constitute an appraisal, lending commitment, or guarantee of price. Age Restriction (18+)

You must be at least 18 years old to participate in the Power Estates Realty SMS messaging program. By opting in to receive SMS messages from Graceful Ventures, Inc. DBA Power Estates Realty, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older. Individuals under 18 are not permitted to enroll in our text messaging program. We do not knowingly accept SMS subscriptions from minors.

Optional SMS Program

When you separately opt in, Graceful Ventures, Inc. DBA Power Estates Realty may send informational texts responding to real estate inquiries, requested property information, and appointment reminders or confirmations. If you also select the separate marketing opt-in, we may send real estate listings, open house information, home value information, and local market updates. Message frequency varies depending on your interactions and selected preferences. Message and data rates may apply.

SMS consent is optional, is never a condition of purchase or service, and is not implied by providing a phone number or submitting another form. Our SMS opt-in form has separate unchecked choices for non-marketing and marketing messages. You can decline one or both.

Opting Out and Getting Help
